You don't need an editor. You should be able to edit your character using the console commands. Press the '~' key to open the console. I've never done this, but I'm pretty sure you can edit to your heart's content.

I haven't used the console cheats much, but I know that you can get the commands and such at www.actiontrip.com one of the greatest sites EVER!

i have check out all the console cheats but it does not have anything that can edit my char
