Where do you take dragons blood gargoyles skull adamantite etc... to be made into things?

Try a blacksmith, for example you will find one in the 1st chapter in the weapons shop (with a bit of persuasion)

chapt 3 there is the main blacksmith that will make ythose same weapons better.
