I'm in luskan and I'm supposed to get some machine working..for that I need some levers, I have found all but one, the stone lever..where is it?

go to the sewers, do quest from the lich there, he will give you a lever, then search for another lever there. then go north of the sewers to the lab and click on the thing on the ground to put the levers in place.

The Earth lever somehow found its way into the Brothel, I think upstairs. As to what to do with the levers talk to the Gnome merchant and he will tell you about his broken machine.

the lever quest is stated as being one of the most useless quests to do. all it does is allow for you to make potions.that late into the game you should have enough money to buy anypotions to your hearts desire and you dont have to take the time wondering what lever combinations you need to set just to get the one potion of your dreams.you get no XP i believe for finishing it.but if you want to do it for the satisfaaction of doing it go for it.

I was considering to skipp it but I have done every quest sofar so I might as well do this one to...
