Are all the Skills and Feats from 3rd ed in NWN, and are there any new ones that have been added to NWN that are not in the 3rd ed rules?

I am just wondering because I am bored of waiting until tuesday and wanted to plan out my character now, and there is not much point doing so if all the skills and feats are diferent

I haven't checked if all feats are in the game.

I do believe that "DODGE" is new

Dodge isn´t new, however the parry feature is new to NWN.
As is discipline.

The only feats and skills they have mostly are the combat orientated ones. Nearly all the feats are there, though a few work differently. No improved initiative :-( though toughness is better than in pnp.
Knowledge skill as become lore like in Baldurs gate games. There's a few new skills like discipline and parry.
