How do you get past the door in the bookcase tunnels in the blacklake district house?

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same place, but if there's a little girl outside, you can get the password from her.

What arifavts and what quest?

You get the Neverwinter Tomb quest from the preist in the temple of tyr (I think his name starts with an O). He gives you a scroll that you need to give to another preist in the Peninsula District - the actual quest kicks off from there ;)

In The Blacklake district there is a militia house in the corner. A couple of houses away from this is the entrance into a house. You go in and find that it is an underground tomb excavation. You need to get the OK from the Judge (O- something)in The HAll of Justice, then you go back in and the guard lets you open the sarcophagus (sp??) Inside you find a log book and three "Ceremonial" things: a sword, a shield, and an arrow. One of these is needed to place inside the chest outside the doors of three different tomb entrances, in three different districts.. one (the toughest fight i think of ALL chapter one) is that one behind the staircase.
