Im am currently in Chapter 2. Wiped out all the beasties in the Orc/Bugbear/Kobold caves, took out the green griffon deal, and the graveyard/mausoleum.

Reported back to Lady A and had nothing new to add.

You should have found a journal after killing the big ogre in the caves. That journal will give you clues to where to look for more cultists. It sounds like you've only gone north out of Port Llast so far. Try the east and south gates and explore those areas.
