I am stuck! Seem to have visited everywhere in Chap 2 and can't go back to the barracks (locked). I have finished every quest I have been given, but I don't know where to go to find cult evidence. I have finished Neverwinter Wood and Charwood quests. Where do I go next to find the cult? How do I get into Luskan (gates locked)? Where is Aribeth? Aarin? I am just wandering at this point... can anyone tell me where to go?

When I first started Chapter 2, I thought the barracks were locked too, but I realized I was trying to go in the side door. Walk around the barracks and try another door. Otherwise, I'm afraid I don't know. The barracks never closed in my game.
