I am having alot of trouble finding out where to go in the docks district to get the artifact for Oleff. I know it says NW quarter aquaducts. However all I seem to uncover in the aquaducts is the bloodsailor quest. I must be overlooking an area or missing something. Please Help!!

access the aquaducts at the silver sails, once in find the door with the chest buy it, (it's before the boat ride)

Thanks, I found it ..... I was looking in the wrong Aquaduct enterance. I'm on to Chapter Two .... Yipee!!
