I could use some help finding the ring that grimgnaw is looking for... I have finished all of the other henchmen quest in chapter 1, but am unable to locate the quest item that Grimgnaw is looking for..

I have checked the offical forums for help, but am getting conflicting locations...

So, where the heck do I look for his quest item...

It is in no man's land.

I scoured every inch of chapter one, either its in the 1 place I didnt look or its not anywhere....

When you go through the gate to Blacklake district, you end up in a wasteland like area, called No Man's Land. This area is full of diseased thugs, and one tough half-orc. Go all the way through this to the other end. Near that far gate, you'll find a door into a house. Go into that house and search it. That's where I found the ring. If there are several houses near the gate, check them all, but it was near the far gate.

I finally found it the other night... The one house I did not look into, is where it was...

do you have to finish all the henchmen quest before going to helm's hold ? - do you never come back to neverwinter when leaving ?. I'm still in chapter 1.

no you dont have to do the henchman quests at all. you just miss out on the great item they give you.not to mention if you finished their quest they will give you a second one on chap 2 and then a 3rd one on chap 3. but they will only give you the quest next quest if you finish their first quest.

I found an old post mentioning tha items that they need to solve the quests, and I have them all. But I'm ready to continue to helm's hold. My problem is that I didntt talk to the henchmen (other than Linu) before I almost was finished with chap 1. So I only have talked with them 2 times and to get them to give me the quest I need to talk to them a third time and that means going up a level. I'm level 9 so it's a lot of xp i'm missing - how do i get those ??? - I'm thinking about starting to kill everybody, as it's the only xp I can think of.
