So I went to my local CompUSA to by NWN the first day it came out. They said I should come back the next day around "Oh One o'clock. I'll go on lunch and then put them out on the shelves when I get back." I go to work early and get to the store about 1:20. They'd sold out. I would have been dissapointed instead of upset if I knew that I'd been slow by a matter of minutes. They informed me that they'd sold out before noon. Noon? What happened to one.

So I go into the store today to buy the scenario editor manual so I can start bustin' some module moves. According to the store clerk (same stupid guy) the manual hasn't been released yet. Who are these people? Where do they come from? The manual hasn't been released yet? My only regret is a) the store detective was standing right there so I couldn't punch the clerk and run away. b) there were no HR people around to complain at. c) I didn't pick up the manual when I bought the game in another town. Yikes. From now on I'm boycotting CompUSA. They are a big fat pile of suck.

CompUSA is always a lagger with release dates, they seem to get things last, so yes they are sucking ones. Try Electronics Boutique if you have one in your area next time you are looking for a game right when it is released, they seem to have a heads up over other software stores (at least in my area anyways)
