Are there earlier versions of NWN?
I was looking at some comments and screen shots of NWN 3 and found that it has not been released but looks promising.
I figure if I & II exist they should be avail. a good price and would be a way of deciding to spend $45-50$ or not...

NWN has no number attached to it. There used to be a persistant world run on AOL that was called NeverWinter Nights, using a game engine based on the old gold box games but it really has nothing to do with the new NWN.
