well my storie is that i went to go play wizards and warriors after we installed windows 2000, but after that it says please insert dick 1 to install, even though i can still play it, but it crashes a lot. doesnt it work on windows 2000?

Check through the Tech Tips -

any OS higher than 98 and you have to do some tweaking to get it to run correctly.

Yep... look through Tech Tips for the Windows XP issues. They should still apply to Win2k (although I haven't tried it yet).

Among other things...

1. Win-98 compatibility mode
2. Virtual memory space
3. Defragging system
4. Full install
5. Missing codecs
