Sorry about the off-topic post, but I've been unable to email you at all. Just wanted to let you know that I gave birth to Melody Anne Wright on March 26, 2005 (a week ago today). She weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces, 18 inches long, and is a little sweetie.

Well, congratulations, AliCat! You've got a good sized daughter so far, and I hope that she's everything you want (and a little more [img]smile.gif[/img] ).

And one week, and you're already back on the computer? Tsk tsk... you're supposed to be *sleeping* in these spare moments :D

Thanks, guys! Actually, I was on the computer a few hours after getting home from the hospital (which was 24 hours after giving birth, the soonest they would let me leave). Sleep? Who has time for sleep? ;) My other child is a 3-year-old who starts screaming if I try to take a nap with the baby, so naps are not an option. Of course, if I fall asleep while Sarah's not looking, then I get a few minutes of shut-eye. But I must have my computer -- games keep me sane! Having a fantasy life helps me deal with real life with a better sense of humor. :D
