I understand the STATS eg LVLs 9-12 gives you 3 skill picks 13-16 gives you 4 etc. at Lvlup BUT it doesn't seem to be working in my game of New characters. All have INT 10 + with some as high as 15 yet my Skill picks @ Lvlup are way lower and I can't understand why. With Int 10 my characters only get 1(ONE) pick with 12 2(TWO) What gives?? This is my 1st time out although I remember reseting the game once but they didn't have more than 200 pts exp & two are new without any resets. Any help & advice would be appreciated.
