Okay, the Den has completed the Boogre Caves, the various quests up there, and has the Colanth Eye and other post-dragonspire quests to complete.

In the interest of experimentation, only two characters were de-boogrized: Digger (the assassin, since we need his magic to be predictable and not exciting) and Half-Pint, one of the kung fu-enabled rogues.

About the Kung Fu... they are doing less damage than with swords, probably because they're level 1 in it (and level 5-7 in sword). They've put the swords back in their hands for now, and will do more kung fu experiments later. BTW, being boogrized seemed to have no effect on their damage or hit ability...

About being a boogre... you don't have to touch the idol to get credit at the Wizards' guild, which was cool. Also, Boogres can not, apparently, get on or off a horse. They can ride it just fine, so long as someone else does the climbing up and down...

Not much else to add. The last two Jungle Lilies were fun, partially because we were playing "Recharge the Evil Eye". Digger would cast IceStorm and Miss Piggy would pluck the evil eye back out of the wall. The nice thing was the lilies got themselves stuck (one at a time) in the sliding doorway.

"Jungle Lily take 15 points crush damage..."

I really liked seeing that...

*edit* forgot to add two things:

1. Was having a real problem with the game freezing during the lily battles. It would freeze, then unfreeze. Very annoying, to say the least. A defrag appears to have taken care of it.

2. In a fit of time-reversal-induced silliness, I decided to see how much Pris'kiela was worth in XP. She was pitifully weak (just 1800 XP, or thereabouts), but she was quite humorous! First thing she said when attacked was "Gives it a blubberie-doo", followed by "I'll sits on you". A minor curse was started, and then "I'se is mad at youse". Time was reversed, however, and she lives on.

LOL, can you imagine what would happen if a boogre sat on a horse. :D Keep the kung fu statistics coming when you advance in that skill. It would be very interesting to see the comparison.

I like hearing of your experiments, Bungleau. Keep it up.

Willow, I'm imagining the old hitchhiking ploy, where the attractive young lady flags down a car and when it stops, all the guys jump out of the bushes to get on board. That poor horse... a ratling, a halfling, and four boogres...
