By the time my solo character got to Cet's tomb she was virtually invulnerable. Nothing there did any appreciable damage to her, except for a door that kept hitting her in the face as she tried to leave (heading back to town to become a zenmaster). She took about 24 points of damage from it before getting through - which means that the door was 8 times more deadly than Cet himself.

It is true that even when starting the game with a party of newly created characters they will still be so powerful in the end that no really harm comes to them in Cet's pyramid.
