I was just bumming around and I think I discovered another scabby method for gaining extra health:

Do the toad quest, touch the pole and gain 5 HP, go back to town, rename your character(s) and then go and touch the pole again.

It might work, but it would be slow.

And don't worry Radek, I know the entire system of level up hit point assignment (thanks to you...)

Ah well. Thought it could be fun.

I am not sure whether it will work. Most likely, the 5 HP bonus given to a character is noted in the character data. Renaming the character does not reset the character data: it changes only one item in the data. Well, I haven't tried it.

That is a slow method indeed. [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] A lot faster using the toughen bug.
