can you just see that seen being added to the psycho movie.....lady standing in the middle of nowhere, juba sneaks up behind and applies blunt force trauma to the rear of innocent lady skull....teeheehee......

The problem is that you won´t know when you´ve found him. He looks like any other dang trollie-eat-you-later. ;) Check the text when fighting them after receiving the juba quest. ;)

I think he can be anywhere from the abandoned lake house up to where the Snake River bends and where one would have to jump into the water to travel further northwards.
He looks like any other troll, but the name Juba Thobers will appear when pointing the cursor over him.

So what's the problem? Kill all of the trolls, and you'll be covered!

I've always found him....North of Valeia....on the trails that loop around between the east and west gates.

i found him near the lake i tink, and it's true that he is looking for u also, so juz relax and wander around! anyway, u are SUPPOSE to meet him so dun worry, u'll eventually encounter him but juz dont attack any toads until u are absolutely sure that it isnt him!

1. Juba Thobbers does identify himself. If you place the cursor over him, you get "Troll Juba" or "Juba Thobbers". I am not sure now what you get exactly. Troll Juba is an existing class in the game and Juba Thobbers belongs to it. But I am sure that Juba Thobbers identify himself.
2. I think Juba Thobbers is spawned in the woods between the clearing with the horse and the pier near the mill. There is a way through the woods from the horse to the pier. I am always following the way after getting the quest and I am always finding Juba Thobbers there.

So do I. But he always get spawned together with some other trollies/rogues when I meet him. And if there is a bunch of trollies at the same time they tend to scream out their own greeting and thereby drown Juba´s voice. ;) One eye on the text or holding the cursor on a trollie will do the trick. I like Bungleau´s approach though. :D
