I think the most annoying NPC has to be Mekdawa. He must be some sort of fitness freak with all that running around. When playing the game with a spellcaster with high level mooncraft I usually just teleport him to the basement of the windmill and have my little chat with him there.

grue morde--> walks right up to me and starts attacking me for apparently NO reason at all! "eat this grue morde!".......
