Hope someone can help me find him. He is Black Hand Assassin and
supposed to Assassinate the Daimyo of the Bushi Dojo Clan. I think
i have look every were but can not find him. Hope some one can help.

Shrew Chishi can be found up in the North, near the Boogre Caves. There's a small clearing on the west side of the little lake where Shrew likes to hang out. You should find him there (unless you killed him earlier --that happened to me once).
