Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I am inside the serpent temple trying to get to the lower level. I figure out how to bring the serpent spirit up. My problem is that when I answer the serpent riddles by using the answers in the serpent book, the serpent's statue head does not open. Is there something that I'm missing, or do I need to restart the game. I appreciate any help given. Dash

Are you sure that you have the right answers?

Did you do the rites? ( use spider nectar and spice on altar )
and then answer to the questions? check your typing aswell.

As for your question, more details will help (as everyone has said). I'm unaware of any bugs or issues related to summoning the serpent and responding, so as long as you did all three steps (dodging the fireballs is okay) and responded correctly, everything should open up.

Unless you're running on Win2K or XP, and this is another version of the town bug we haven't seen yet.... if you are, and the word "virtualdub" doesn't mean anything to you, let us know and we'll get you set straight to rights.

So don´t bet that the answers will be in the same order as in the book. ;) Be sure to read what the spirit asks before answering. [img]smile.gif[/img]

there are just 3 simple steps 2 opening the big snake head.
1)do the rites correctly (1st is incense, 2nd is nectar, and lastly is the wand)
2)dodge the flame that comes shooting out
3)answer the questions correctly, making sure u make absolutely NO spelling mistakes.

the snake head should open up after these are done correctly. if not, then pls specify abt the problem...........

I hope you have solved your problem and have opened the serpent head! I also hope that you aren't one of the players that gets stuck going down the chute once the head is open! :D We have solutions for that one too! [img]smile.gif[/img]
