I could not find another glow stone to use anywhere.
Is there a bug ?

I have always found all three glowstones but there are reports saying that the third (in fact, the second) glowstone can be missing. Therefore, where should the glowstones be:
a) The first one is given by Sarelia.
b) The second one is in the chest in a room with fallen pillars before that damned - err ... okay - carousel. The chest is a normal wooden chest, not a decorated chest. This glowstone was reported missing sometimes. If you haven't found the glowstone there then, I am afraid, you are stuck and you have to restart from a save BEFORE entering Collaseum for the first time. I have always found the glowstone there.
c) The third one is in the room with sharks in tunnels on your way to the third tablet.

Even i got stuck near that chest once could not move

IIRC...there are 2 chest...in the room with fallen pillars. 1 near the celling and 1 on the floor. I remember having a hard time opening the 1 near the celling (thinking that it, contained the glowstone) only to find that it was in the 1 on the floor... http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...ons/icon30.gif...have you opened Both chests????

I know this bug! This happened to me in my first game and is the reason I figured out how to hack the game. Sometimes the glowstones are not all there or where they are supposed to be.

Reloading your game from before entering Collasium is supposed to help solve the problem. Certainly worth a try.

How silly of me to have overlooked the chest the one where there is a mermaid that says "you look funny!" Ofcourse i had to reload.
And the other chest i "carried" the chest then opened it. Otherwise i keep
getting stuck!
