Level 2 Wizard guild. The priest guild teaches Moon and Fiend magic at Level 2 as well.

You also need to be in a class that can learn moon magic. If you're not, you can't train the first time.

Once you have it, though, you can always train in it, no matter what class you are.

Valid classes? Hmmm.... Warlock, bard, ninja, assassin, zenmaster.

LiOnHe@rT :
I have two ninja's and two samurai's now learning Moon magic.
they are at level 4 and learning.
What level spell is that traveller spell? Should I focus on it?

Three spells important are, wise one...

Level 6, Create Portal and Teleport go hand-in-hand. Level 7, Call of Home is essential, especially with a newly created portal.

I hear you... there are few things as frustrating as having the real world take over some of your gaming time!

I studied several years of physics in high school and college. What kind of physics are you doing?

As a side note, physics became real for me while watching an episode of Knight Rider, the old David Hasselhoff show. As I watched KITT race down a road and up a ramp into the semi trailer they always met in, I realized that once the drive wheels of the car touched the ramp to the trailer, the ramp became just another piece of road. I calculated out how fast he'd have to decelerate in order to avoid shooting through the roof of the semi, based on some assumptions about the length and angle of the ramp. It was great geeky fun...
