Someone lease help. Where can i find shrew chishi??(bushi guild quest)
Also torin does not accept dragon arrow bug?? ofcourse one of my char already given arrow to him. but for other char, later in the game, not accepting arrows?

Shrew Chisi: go to the lake and follow the shore. You will find a small territory accesible only from the lake with the wanted ratling in it.
Thorin: Most probably, you have already filled Thorin's inventory. It's a bug in the game. Your only possibility is to steal (and be successful!) something from Thorin so that he gains a free slot in his inventory again.

Shrew Christi can be found north of Ishad Na on the northern side of the lake but west of the boogre caves & east of Torin. I think that he can only be found if you have the quest.
Torin will not take a dragon arrow if it has been tampered with in any way, ie enchanted. He will also not take it if his inventory is full. You can steal or buy from him to clear his inventory. If you only have enchanted dragon arrows Torin will probably have one in stock.

If not.....

1. There are 2, clearings on the NW corner of the Lake. 1 leads to the 'Booger Prison' and the other is where you'll find Shrew Chishi.

2. Torins pack starts out near full...(his limit is 8)..You can free up space..if you click on 'Trade' and 'Buy'. If you have limited funds...scroll down and buy the cheapest item...If not...or..if you enchanted the arrow you have (as Kev mentioned)....Buy back a normal Dragon arrow and give it to him.

If you have the gold...buy it back when you're done....(It's a
gold mine...if you ever get a Ranger with 'Fletchery')...Just make sure and put it in someone elses pack.
