Hi, I'm new to these forums so well Hi yall!

My question : In the dragonspire level I'm stuck with Eratshamamader (or something like that) and he just wont give me the Mavin. I have read that I have to give him the Shroud.... -> Whats a shroud??? what does it look like??? (Srry but Englisch is not my first language) I've been searching the cave for a week now I'm pretty sure I have got all the chests. Any help would be class!

A shroud is an archaic word. It is no longer used in the english language either. It was a piece of cloth, worn like a robe or toga, that was wrapped around the body back in the 1st century or so. The one you are looking for is red and comes from Shurugeon Castle.

So you're saying I should FIRST go to the castle, recocever the shroud and then BACK to dragonspire??

That is the usual way. Or you could also kill the dear old dragon and continue that way. But some people frown on that. But I dont. *grin* [warning: hes a tough kill for the average level party at that point in the game]

Welcome to the board, Norin!!!

As Detah said, the shroud is to be found in Shurugeon Castle - you get it after having defeated the demon there and talking with D'Soto.

hey, welcome to the board. dont forget to go through the stout mines
for the dragon armor after u get the shroud. youll need it to
get past the fake dragon head.. good luck

Gday Norin,
To get the shroud you must complete the castle. It is not available until you kill the demon. Since you have already faced the bronze beast you will probably have good resistance to fire so the demon will be a doddle.
You can get the Mavin if you kill the dragon but before you do see WillowIX's poll. There is a moral issue. Are you a "good" charactor or "evil"?

I'm helluva evil!! I've killed a lot of toads even Shinwiki after I hot that spear,he proved quite the challenge!, them to stouts that are hanging round the crypt,the women that were in the gypsy house inc. the fortune teller,Ardibren, Torin, Every stout that came into sight including the king AFTER he gave me the armour and that vampire woman because she kept nagging and nagging Last night I finaly succeeded in killing the dragon after he gave me the sword!!!! What can I say -> if they would just give me what I came for and shut up then perhaps...

oh well, just a regretful tip for Norin: you should not have killed the stout king. y? coz every time you give him a dragon ore he will craft you a dragon armour rite? well......after giving him the ore and recieving the armour, you can have a chance to STEAL the ore back from him using your rogue(if you have one). save b4 trying and if you get caught, reload and try again. so basically you can get infinite amounts of dragon armour which you can sell for money!!!(each armour is worth bout 14500 gold if you didn't know...)
P.S. if you want top steal the ore, your pickpocket skill must be at least 5 or above to effectively steal and not get caught.
