What do the Artrifact Spells do to wepons and armor? Spicifficalley the diffrent types and what the do.
|
Hmmm... I think the specifics might be in the best tips thread, but in general, they allow you to bless or enchant weapons. Enchanting (done at the wizard's guild) tends to add spell abilities, while blessing tends to add protection, damage, and hits.
What that also means is that they're of no use to you until you get the cabalist or occultist trait, and develop your bless or enchant skill. Until then, every time you go to enchant something, you get a list of no available blessings or enchantments. |
Nonono, I mean if i enchant a wepon once with Artifact Of Fire it gets FlameStrike right? But if I Enchant it more what dose it get after that. I want to know what the Individual spells do as you enchant something more than once.

what happened to all my answers
|
Sorry, I misunderstood the question.
If you enchant it once with Artifact of Fire, you can cast flamestrike once with it. Enchant twice, you can cast it twice. Enchant three, cast three, and so on. You really might want to check out the best tips thread. There's lots of info about enchanting and blessing. From my own perspective, I don't enchant flamestrike and the other things onto weapons, because those can only be used once (or how many times you've cast them). Instead, I prefer to bless them for more damage. I used to bless +2 or +3 to hit, but realized that I always hit anyway, so it doesn't really matter. As for your answers, I'm not sure what you're referring to. Is there a post missing or something? |
What happens wene you enchant with artifact of pain and the moon artifact spell
|
Artifact of pain increases damage by 1 or armor rating by 1. Artifact of ice charges the weapon with the ice ball(or whatever it´s called) spell.

Can you enchant or bless something with diffrent Artifact spells?
|
yes you can bless a weapon multiple times with different artifact spells.... however the amount of times you can put artifact spells on a weapon or aromor is determined by your bless or enchant skill..the maximum is 12 but with enlightenment it can go up to 14... as for the different spells and what they do i'm still trying to figure that part out myself..........

The blessings on a weapon are to hit or to damage it is more useful to bless for damage because when you are at a high level you hit most of the time anyway. It is really worth blessing arrows because it increases their value.
The blessings on armour are toughen & regenerate. You can toughen them so that they almost never wear out. Some melee weapons can be toughened as well. I dont know which schools of magic do which blesses. Enchants allow you to have spells on your weapons ie Sun-flamestrike, Moon-iceball?, Stone-zap. They higher your blessing or enchant skill the more blessings & enchants you can put on a weapon. If you have already enchanted it as far as it can go you may not be able to bless it as much, so find out what your priority is. |
