Please help me. I am really frustrated. I have been trying to get into Balder's Gate and I cannot understand why it is still unavailable, although I can see it there.

I have flooded the mine... Can somebody please help me.

I take it from your other post that you've completed the mines. After you search Davaeorn's body and some chests (depending - you ARE playing the latest version, are you??), a new chapter of the game will start, and you'll be able to go to BG.

Also remeber you can't enter BG just by clicking on the world map: you first have to travel to the large bridge-area just outside BG (Wyrm's Crossing). You'll meet Scar there (the drawbridge should be lowered by the time you've completed chapter 4). Then walk across the road and go through the small gate. Now you should be able to enter the first portion of BG...
