Which town are you telling about ? I didn't reach Isha N'Ha yet. I believed it was impossible to go to Isha without having completed quests of Serpent Cult and Shrugeon Castle, so I hope you're spkeaking about Valeia for the starting town to the path you had given ... I've walked along the river, up and down, I should better say in the river (swimming, riding horse, travelling by the raft...), killing piranhas and bats ... One more fish or so and I cry (yes yes yes...) and I had never met Kol near the river (neither in woods).

The serpent temple is southeast of Ishad N'Ha. To get to Ishad N'Ha, all you need to do is get the signet ring from Nivius, in the crypt. After you have the ring , you can talk to the oracle in the cave and she will open the passage to Ishad N'Ha.

Tevik Teporn is also on the other side of the cave. He's the priest that Onabe wants you to kill.

I did it : I met the Oracles twice, for I was not sure I've been talking with the character who was bearing the item. No door, no way have been allowed. Oracles just informed me about the 2 required quests. But I'm trying again because the item was weared by my wizard (and not in his inventory). Maybe that makes a difference (I hope so !).

Also, I just realized that Onabe is the priest in Valeia. Roendalf is the wizard in the magic shop.
