I'm on my way to get the third jagged piece. I jump off the bridge leading to the Mavin door into the water, open the chest and obtain the third piece. I use the ring on the rock, the rock shrinks and moves but I can't seem to go by the rock and I can't climb back up through the hole I fell through on the path here. An help would be appreciated.

Try selecting your shortest character then jump and wriggle to get over the now-sunken boulders. You might try the same to exit via the waterfall. And the spell "Vanish," if you have it, should transport you out of there.

Thanks for the help, the jump did fine (never jumped before) and I have the third piece. By the by, this is a great game, there's a lot of stuff to do I haven't seen in other rpg's.
