After running around in circles for a few hours in the crypt I checked a walkthrough in IW W&W section and it says that after killing the mummy take the amulet and recite the words on it to the statue of Kerah which are (blessed be Kerah etc). My problem is that no only do I not get the option to say the words but I have also no idea how to check it as my trying has been to no avail. I have been back to the town now and identified it which cost me just about all my gold and have some doubts on whether I will be able to make this work. Any help please?

btw I trying using the amulet on the statue and it used a charge which I realised what it was after identifying it. The amulet has now got two charges left in it.

I think all you have to do is click the Talk button, and type/select "Sanctus Kerah." That should do the trick and open the gate behind you.

Ahh man...that is just it. I do not get the option to ask that. I get all other previous conversation topics that I have used to this point but nothing else...

Click on the talk icon and manually type the phrase in - I think Kerah accepts manually typed in phrases* - BUT once you have typed it in, the phrase will be included in the chat window keywords so you can then click on the phrase (very useful if you want to regenerate Rumphy over and over and over again).

Try "Santus Kerah" instead of "Blessed be Kerah"

*Erathsmedor (the dragon) does NOT accept manually typed in words and you do have a key word you will need to say to him. But that is another part of the story! ;)
