I got W&W a couple of days ago so it seems I'll be moving in this area of the forum now also. My question is, are there any editors, progs etc that will allow me to modify items or even the game itself?

Xignal has an editor on there somewhere. I believe it will let you change stats and skills, maybe gold.

It is possible to edit items if you know how to use a hex editor and have an understanding of the code. Xignal and I have hacked many items for many players. I've modified the stats on some items as well.
