I have tried resetting using the "reset adventures" button, but nothing happens. I clicked the button and then clicked "Yes" when it asks if I want to reset adventures. What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps you are not then going into the inn and loading up your party to start the "new adventure"??

Try that, I think you will find that it works.
