This is frustrating the hell out of me. I've cleared the crypt several times looking for this ring. As far as I can tell it doesn't exist. Can anyone tell me where to find it. Thanks

Try under the table in the hidden room above the mummy's room. You also have to have accepted the quest before the ring appears.

Which quest does one need to 'accept' before the Ring of the Saints will appear? I have gone to every NPC in town asking for jobs and noone mentions anything about a Ring.

The Ring of Saints is the third Temple Guild quest. You will have had to do the first 2 - 1) give Mekdawa a potion and 2) make a donation to the temple in order to get the 3rd quest.
