Originally kerielle offered me the Algamesh quest, but I've since reset the game several times and now she won't. Have I missed my chance?

Well - this does sound odd to me. If you reset the adventures then she should certainly offer you the quest. You haven't by chance just restored the game to the last time you were in town instead or resetting?
Check in your journal - maybe you already have the quest and don't realize it.

Gosh those all sound like rather non-helpful suggestions.

This quest isn't terribly important. She gives you an elixir which will freeze the Naga temporarily when you get to the Serpent Temple. Truth be told, I've never used it and managed to get through. Also many players think the amulet is a better deal than the elixir - that you can get with or without the quest! :D

This amulet gives you armor +1 and poison resistance 50% - very useful especially when you head for the Serpent Temple! :D


(either learn Cure Poison, or take a lot of cure poison potions there!)

I got the cure poison spell..........so i dont have to worry
about running out of potion.....I think I will nab the
amulet anyways.
