i need help with this damn game. i have the signet but can't get accsess to ishad n'ha. i don't know what else to do and it's pissing me off. please any help at this time would be greatly appreiciated

This is a tricky part - not at all obvious. Go north on the Snake River to the northern lake, cross over the small dock to the west, and speak with the middle oracle. Mention the word "destiny" and she'll open the west wall which leads to Ishad N'ha and the Serpent Temple. Have fun!
