the lift that comes out of the water is staying stuck i put the figurine back on the slab and it said the thing is rising but it was still up from when i came back help please.

Usually installing the V 1.0 patch will fix this stuck elevator. If you obtained the small obelisk then you've completed the "required" portion of this area. The only thing else (again, not required) is swimming up through the water and exploring the land around the sacred lake.

In the unpatched version the lift is only good for one ride and then stays up. This is unrelated to raising Anephas.
