Pls, help me how can I reach the second sea? Map from game box shows that passage is somewhere near broken ship, but I can't find it :( ((

Nope, there's no passage there...the map "lies" (as it does when it looks as if there's another passage to a sea past the Lost Sea). You have to go through the Anephas Shrine to get to the Lost Sea (or tree-surf over to it ;) ).
