I have looked for this alleged ring for some time, actually placing my cursor over the exact spot of 2552x and 3758y, and I still get nothing! It's at the Friendly Arm, right?

A friend of mine had that exact same problem however I've always found it easily (in fact, I've found it multiple times a game!)... could it be something that was removed in later releases of the game?

Install TotSC or uninstall the patch and it will return. (I think that the only version its absent in is patched w/o TotSC)

Alternately, when you bring up your coordinates you are also given the area code for the aea. ARxxxx. GFo to your override folder and rename the file with that code, if there is one. Should bring back the RoW.
