Somehow, only managed to get 2 out of the 3 but I can't remember which 2. I have already got the sword, is there any need to find the third. I have been all through Dragon Spire. There is one big door still locked. the one to the left of the mavin sword room

Furthermore, reading a walkthrough can't remeber getting the eye from the colanth either. Is this just a guild quest or it has more important consequences.

If you already have the Mavin then the other shard isn't needed. The big door is Erathsmedor's exit and he keeps it locked. The Eye is an Ishad N'ha Magic Shoppe quest and is not necessary for the game.
