1/2 Ogres are not part of the game, except as NPC's, someone may have made a mod allowing them (likely the darkest day) but they are not part of any of the black isle games normally.

1/2 Orcs are in BG2 SoA/ToB

The only way you'll find a half Ogre in any BG game is after you fight A whole Ogres and kill it then maybe you'll find a Half of a Ogre laying on the ground bleeding, other wise sorry none to be found.

And there are half-ogres other places as well, both randomly and fixed.
But you cannot chose to play a half-ogre.
