How can I stop that stupid Mekdawa frog from telling me to go to tha toad city. I went there so long ago, and the stupid green thyng still says to me to go there. Can I just kill the asshole, or what else to convince him ?

Just ignore him! If you've done the quest and completed Toad Villiage just move on. There are a number of NPCs in the game that do not acknowledge that you have completed the quests they gave you. Generally you get credit for these quests from somewhere else - in town or from Shiwiki or where ever.

Don't kill him whatever you do. If anyone in your party hasn't yet joined the Priest guild, if they join, they can still get the quest to give him a Toad potion, even after Toad Village is finished. As Adam W. says, though...you'll have to chase him down with it...
