I have run into two different problems. If I try and open a chest while in software mode my game freezes with a memory read error. If I am in d3d mode and cast torchlight in the crypt my computer just resets. I believe this to be a video related problem. I am running win2k with sp2, dx 8.0 256mgs ram, v3 3000 with the 3dfx beta drivers for win2k, I haven't tried the x3dfx ones yet. Any ideas?

I just downloaded the omega 1.3b's for my v3 3000 and I no longer have restarting problems with my v3 in d3d. For those of you having problems with d3d try these drivers.

Not a problem. I am not sure why I would have freezes with opening chests in software mode though.
