I am in the twin fountian room in Collasuim and have opened and turned both levers to open the cubby room, but nothing happens. I know where it is for Spirit Eye and can even see the seems in the doors, I can stand on the ledge but it wont open. Please help, I've gone to far to go back 4 days to the last save I haven't overwritten

From the walk-through:
"Enter each side corridor and place a glowstone in each slot then enter each side room and turn the levers inside."

Are the glowstones still in both slots near the doors? Did you do both side rooms at the same time or did you open one, enter and turn the switch, and then do the other room? Experiment with the sequences of glowstones and switches.

If the cubbyhole still won't appear let us know. Thanks.

I only have one glow stone. What now?

Did you find all three stones? Did you recover the one stone from the east door to the rotating room?

If you can't get a second stone for the other door then you could try blocking it open with a chest.
