Hi guys , i hope you can help me again. i took the west trolley
and got the lever and pick axe and ore but i can't get back to the
trolley room or the kings room i need to take the east tracks. i
have taken every elevator at least 5 times or more. I run into
a very small elevator which leads me to a room with bars and there
is a lever but it does not seem to do anything. What am i missing
or doing wrong? any help will be appreciated.

The Stout Mines can be a very confusing place. It's very easy to get lost in there. Check out Xignal's excellent maps at:

The maps should help you find your way back!
I place more flags and notes on the Stout Mine maps than any other map in the whole game because you keep moving off one small map onto another and it was difficult to keep track of where you were and which direction you needed to go. You might try doing that when you get to the East side tracks!
