Ive completed it but i cant get back to kerah again.. arent i supposed to get back there?

If you're running unpatched the rising column sometimes gets stuck (bug); I don't know of any way to unstick it except to install the patch.

If you've gotten the small obelisk from Kerah's underwater shrine then you've completed the requirements there. The only other action up there is the option to swim to shore to track down the leprechaun's treasure.

How do i get to the unenchanted sea then?.. i need to go there and get some tablets.

After chatting with Anephas, he will say something along the lines of "There is nothing more to be done here. You must go to the pyramid of Cet." Once he's had his little say, the back door (reached by exiting the altar room through the door directly east of Anephas' altar) will open, allowing you access to the next sea. Happy sailing!

There is a way to get back to Karah if the way from the tomb is stuck. If you are outside get some raptors or other hostile creaturs to follow you as close to the trees blocking that area of the map. If you than use the spell that teleports you away from hostile creaturs there is a good chance that it will teleport you near the pot of gold. Your now going to have to swim to get to Karah as she is under the pond.
