hello,

I can´t open the shaman´s door. i tried to open it but they told me that it won´t work.
please help me

Keep up the discussion with Shinwiki until you're talking about the Evils. Eventually, he'll ask you for your help with the Toadem and then open the trap door. And make sure you're not standing on it while talking with Shinwiki else it won't open.

Welcome to the board, mch2000!!!

I believe the key word you need to say to Shiwiki is "evil" but at Xignal said, if you just keep talking to him and using the words in the talk window eventually you will hit upon the correct word that gets him to open up the trapdoor.
