I've completed all the dungeons to the west of Ishad Na, (Dragonspire, Boogre, Shurugeon, Stout Mines...) and now I'm stuck not knowing what to do next. I can't find anything new to do at all. Any ideas?

Go to Brimlock and get a few quests there. The next dungeon you need to do is Skull Castle.
