I've been away from the game for a couple months (Being a responsible grown-up sucks!). Anyway I can't remember where I was able to buy/train for Moon Magic with my Ninja...He started as a thief so isn't in any of Wizards guilds etc. I am currently in the Ishad N'ha series of quests. Any info would be appreciated.

You can train for Moon by guild hoping to the Priest and Wizard Guilds. 2 Quests should allow you to train that skill.
