OK so im in baldurs gate when all of a sudden flaming fist takes me into jail and starts spazing out on all my people and kill one of my guys, minor spoiler here.....if you dont want them to kill one of your characters then chose the last dialouge option that makes fun of the jail guy......so i have to get an invitation and then go to this place but hey one problem where is that stupid invatation i think it is in the sewers or someplace so where is it??
also i cant talk to the priestess of umberlee, whats the important thing is it when i get poisened or do i have to bring her a body

Do you mean, when you come back to BG after going to Candlekeep and you get arrested by the flaming fist?

yes ive already returned from candelkeep and something i noticed--

The invite is in the undercellar. A couple of the tougher opponents youll face have it.

As for Poison quest when Diviner directs you to the Temple of Umberlee. Go there and ask to see the High Priestess (you'll have to bribe them). Talk to her and ask for help to remove the Geas and she'll ask for you to get a Book from the Temple of Tymora (w section). When you have it go back to the Temple of Umberlee and give the Priestess the book.

Bringing her a body is the other quest you get in w part of the city.
