help cannot find the entrance to the serpent place i go into the oracle place and there is abig wall blocking the way next to the oracles. And i cannot find a trap door next to the shaman.

When talking to the oracles in the caves just keep going through the list of words in the chat section on the bottom left especially if they are still highlighted in blue. A clue here is to get the oracle to tell you about what lies westward.

As far as shinwikis trap door goes, the same principle applys keep talking and use all the words in the list.

If you need more help then just post back here and I'll give you some more clues to the words that you need to say to both partys.

For the Oracles speak to the center oracle while wearing the ring from the crypt; go through the word list.

Shinwiki should open the trap door when you agree to kill the evils.
